PUNCHES AND CRUNCHES
A fun way to get your cardio while getting out your frustration! It is punching and kicking to music mixed in with ab workouts. Not your regular cardio kickboxing class! There are low options for beginners.
Abs, Ass and Arms! A full body strength and toning program using 5, 8, 10 or 12 lb weights. No cardio here. The instructor will guide you on which weights to use. Beginners use just their body weight until they are more comfortable.
FIT CAMP CIRCUIT TRAINING
Personal training in a class format. A weights circuit tailored to your strength level. Best class for beginners to start with!
20/20/20 PILATES/YIN YOGA/MEDITATION
Join us for an amazing hour that starts with beginner Pilates, which strengthens your core and builds a strong body. Next is Yin Yoga which is a great stretch and we finish with Meditation. Treat yourself today — you deserve it!
